Review: Cabela's SURVIVAL:Shadows of Katamai

             First off, compared to the previous Cabela's games this has to be the worst Cabela's game I have ever encountered.  The graphics are sketchy, the game play is equivalent to the shooting arcade games you find in a bowling alley,  never shooting through an actual scope.  (Although if you like 3rd person you MAY like this game).  There are only two game modes, arcade and story.  The story line interesting and well thought out, it is a mission based story.

 
             In, the story mode, you crash land your plane in the Shadow of Katamai Mountain while no one knows your location.  You must travel through the mountain meeting and discovering new lost survivors.  Meanwhile your survival you must search for the passenger on your plane for she is lost as well. 
            Arcade mode serves as an actual arcade going back to traditional animal running across screen and you shoot game play.  Not as interesting as hoped.  Cannot play for hours nor for half-hours.  I strongly recommend you not to get this game, for you will be disappointed in its outcome.
